Claiming to be from BT and that our service was going to be disconnected. This caller is insistant, (“Do you speak English?) she asked? Then tried offering a reference number and who know where this would then go. I asked that they write and e-mail the person they are trying to contact. NOT BT …if so why would she break confidentiality rules and Data Protection?! I hung up. This caller has tried several times!!
